Delivery
Once your payment has been processed and the money received, your items will be despatched by courier. We expect your goods to be delivered within 48 hours.
Please be aware that the courier will require a signature on delivery. Normal delivery times are between 08.00 - 18.00 hours Monday to Friday.
Please inspect the goods on arrival and tell us immediately if they have sustained any damage in transit.
Whilst we aim to despatch all goods within 7 days please allow up to 28 days for delivery from receipt of your order. If you order more than one item they may arrive separately.
Please contact us and tell us about any damage or manufacturing faults which make your goods unacceptable. You must return the goods to us within 7 days and retain proof of posting.
We will inspect the goods and if they are damaged or faulty we will refund the full purchase price and the cost of delivery to you and the cost of return delivery.
If you would like a replacement item we shall be pleased to despatch one and refund the cost of the return postage of the damaged item.
