We use your card details only for those agents involved in the payment processing.
They are the credit card clearing agencies, the fraud prevention and detection agencies and the payment serviced provider.
We only provide them with the information they need to perform their function.
Change Your Mind On Receipt of Goods
If you wish to return the goods because you have changed your mind please contact us immediately and return the goods within 7 days.
• The goods must be intact and undamaged with all documentation and fittings intact.
• In their original complete packaging.
• Must not have been assembled or partly assembled.
• You must pay for the return carriage and retain proof of posting.
We will
• Inspect the goods for damage and missing parts.
• Charge a handling fee of £5 for inspection and returning the goods to stock.
• Refund the cost of the goods less the cost of the original carriage to you.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method, to the original purchaser.
We cannot accept the return of books.
