We take your privacy and the security of your data very seriously. Any information you give us will be used only to process your order. It will not be kept on file. It will not be given to any third party who is not involved in the order processing.
We have taken great care to build a secure site. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to keep your data safe. We use Streamline as our Acquiring Bank and Sagepay as our Payment Service Provider. We use your card details only for those agents involved in the payment processing. They are the credit card clearing agencies, the fraud prevention and detection agencies and the payment service provider. We only provide them with the information they need to perform their function.
If you wish to return the goods because you have changed your mind please contact us immediately by email and return the goods within 14 days.
We cannot accept the return of books.

If you want to cancel your order you may do so by contacting us by email. If the goods have already left the warehouse please follow the steps for "Change Your Mind on Receipt of Goods".
Once your payment has been processed and the money received, your items will be despatched by courier. We expect your goods to be delivered within 48 hours. Please be aware that the courier will require a signature on delivery. Normal delivery times are between 08.00 - 18.00 hours Monday to Friday.
Please inspect the goods on arrival and tell us immediately if they have sustained any damage in transit. Whilst we aim to despatch all goods within 7 days please allow up to 28 days for delivery from receipt of your order. If you order more than one item they may arrive separately.
Please contact us and tell us about any damage or manufacturing faults which make your goods unacceptable. You must return the goods to us within 14 days and retain proof of posting.
We will inspect the goods and if they are damaged or faulty we will refund the full purchase price and the cost of delivery to you and the cost of return delivery. If you would like a replacement item we shall be pleased to despatch one and refund the cost of the return postage of the damaged item.
